Situated atop a hill, overlooking parkland and Melbourne CBD, this soon to be realised project is an exploration in material design, making use of it's unique position nestled with-in it's heavily landscaped block.

The ground floor encased with-in vertical blackbutt cladding, blends the structure into the background of the front yards landscaping.

Tall glazing above, reflecting the sky, hides the height of the dwelling, which provides panoramic views of parkland and city to its occupants within.
